BIO

Raised in the Appalachian region of Pennsylvania, singer/songwriter Aaron Bear learned at a young age that music was more than a passion - it is the salient characteristic of his life. At age 13 he formed his first gigging band, and later left home to study Community Development at Penn State University. In college Aaron became well known in several music scenes, serving on the Executive Board of PSU's Songwriter's Club and gigging at local bars and cafes. He developed his practices of yoga, chanting, and meditation, which would have significant impact on his life and his music.

Bear's music, a blend of indie and folk music, is inspired by his journey of the opening heart. This calling cultivates a deep connection with a growing fanbase and Aaron is evolving into a leader in the conscious musical community. Along with accompanying yoga classes with live music since 2015, he has performed on stage in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Maine, Massachusetts, Israel, Egypt, India, and Nepal.

LET LOVE TRANSFORM was Aaron Bear's first released album -- recorded after a pivotal life event -- is spirited by the changing nature of human existence; the album progresses from a confused, angsty place of his childhood to one of maturity through self-love and seeking Divine inner Truth.
